Variety of summer - As reported last week, redfish remain active in the creeks with an obvious shortage of trout. Now the trout we do catch have been in the 17- 24 but the numbers haven't been there this year. With the loads of bait in the creeks it just reminds me of more...

JULY - Jacksonville Summer Fishing - Each day has been a bit different than the next. Cool water on the reefs and beach one week, then east winds that blew it away the next.

JACKSONVILLE FISHING - SUMMER TIME! - And I had a 2-3 passenger trip on Saturday morning too, along with a Sunday charter. The river was so dead, I guess it's time to turn-around the tackle. Time to head offshore to the reefs and troll up some slimey's.....Kingfish!

Trying to Stay Cool... - Getting on the water early doesn't mean you can beat the heat but at least you can avoid direct contact with the sun for a few hours. As hot as it is right now the humidity makes it even worse.
