Snook fishing is going off!

Capt. Brandon Henley
April 14, 2016
Tampa Bay - Saltwater Fishing Report

What a great topwater snook bite we have going on right now. The numbers of snook on artificial's is outstanding on my recent Tampa fishing charters. I like to get an early start when fishing top waters this time of year. It allows you to usually find calmer conditions and you beat the crowds.

The redfishing is also getting better by the day. We have been scoring a couple each trip while top water plug fishing. I like the rapala skitterwalk to pick up an occasional redfish.

I have also been running a lot of tampa fly fishing charters as of late. We have been scoring with resident tarpon as well as snook. Please visit http://tampaflatsfishingcharter.com/tampa-fly-fishing-charters/ to get more information on fly fishing Tampa Bay.
