Postby CaptainFred » Mon Mar 17, 2003 10:39 am

Captain Chet Jennings, one of Tampa Bay's Premiere full time guides, and Capt. Fred Everson, author of Catch Snook! will conduct a four hour fishing school at the USF fish hatchery and NOAA weather station on 24th St. Southeast in Ruskin. The four hour course is information intensive, and covers the basics of learining to fish the flats. Topics include tackle selection, bait catching, tides and weather, and how to fish for the variety of fish caught on Tampa Bay's South Shore, season by season. Cost of the course is $40 per person. Pre-registration is required. Call Shell Point Bait and Tackle in Ruskin to reserve your spot. (813) 641 3662. See the Snook article in the April 2003 issue of Saltwater Sportsman to know the captains better.
Enjoy life -- you'll be a long time dead.
