Even though the NE winds were blowing cold today we went fishing with Doug Secrest from Palmyra, VA., and his Dad, Bill Secrest from Greensboro,NC. We started off on the East side where we had been doing really good on the fish a few weeks ago. It didn't look the same as it had been, and the bite reflected this as well.

I made a move to another area, marked a lot of fish, and caught a lot of fish but still no Grey Trout or a Big Red Drum. After trying to get some Grey Trout and a Drum here for a bit, I made a call to try another spot a little farther offshore.

This was the place!!!! We still didn't catch a Big Red Drum, but, It wasn't a problem as we were catching Grey Trout, Bluefish, Black Bass, and Grunts as fast as we could go. We kept our limit of Grey Trout and released probably another 50 to 100. As for Blues, we released them all but we caught plenty. We finished the day with a good bunch of fillets for the table, had some good conversation with a couple of great guys and got to go fishin' before the storm hits they are calling for tomorrow!!!

Hope everyone has a very warm and Blessed Thanksgiving. Check back often to see if we get back out fishin'!!!!
Till next time, God Bless You All!!!!

Fish On!!!
