I am looking for some help about surffishing in York Harbor Maine. I will be in town 6-25 through 6-27-04 for a wedding and will be at the Anchorage inn on long sands beach. I spend quite a bit of time inshore fishing by boat and surf in Florida, Georgia and South carolina, but have never been fishing on the Atlantic any further north than Cape fear North Carolina and was hoping someone could give me some information on the species of fish anglers target and the best tackle and baits used in the area. I noticed there were no replies to any entries in this region, but I sure would be appreciative if someone would respond.
