Thursday June 09 - Captain Steven reports decent fishing - Joseph Gaschler won the pool.
Wednesday June 08- Captain Rich reports good night bass fishing. The pool was caught by Suri Horowitz with a 36.8 pound striper. Captain Steven was off shore on a 2 day trip, it was a good trip with plenty of action even though the conditions were tough for the deep water fishing. We had 67 degree water and an 18 degree break. Plenty of tuna were visible. The pollock pool was tied between Nick Rizio and Rich Nolan. Cod were landed to 18 pounds, pollack to 22 pounds and tile to 24 pounds.

Sunday June 05 - Kathy Daniels of Spring Hill FL took the morning pool and Angelo Demfoukoulakos of Brooklyn came second. In the afternoon Catherine Daleva of Sag Harbor won the pool - fishing was good!

NEW BEDFORD PORGY FISHING
Friday June 10 - FISHING IS RED HOT!!! Sandy from NYC caught the pool winning porgy weighing 3 1/2 pounds and Earl Whitt caught a 4 pound sea bass for the largest edible fish.

Thursday June 09 - Captain Dave called in that the fishing is EXCELLENT - Mathew Cohen of Severn MD won the pool with a 3 1/2 pound porgy. Lee Allmond of the Bronx came second in the pool with a 3 pound Sea Bass.

Wednesday June 08 - Captain Dave reports that the BITE IS ON! On Wednesday Juan Wane caught a 3 pound sea bass for the pool. Tom Katisigic came second with a 3 poound porgy. The porgies are in NEW BEDFORD and they are hungry!

Tuesday June 07- Captain Dave reports a great improvement in fishing. Everyone is getting a very nice mix of porgies up to 3lbs, sea bass up to 5lbs, some black fish, and stripers. The pool winner was Mr Mazyck of Bronx with a 15lbs striper. Second place was a 4.5lbs Sea Bass cought by Sal Bruzse of Staten Island.
