FOR SALE- TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS
Business: Commercial Fishing
Plenty of clients with unlimited market plus an untouched fishery. Standing order from only three restaurants is for 500 lbs of fish and 1,000 conch per week (Gross of $5,000) never has been met. Many more restaurants(more than 100), resorts, and general public needs still to be met. Purchaser of business needs to be an owner/operator or have key employees. Immediate realistic income potential with four employees(two on each boat) and existing customers is over $10,000 per week excluding lobster. Both boats fully licensed. Purchase price includes the transfer/amendment of licenses. Remember lobster season starts August 1! We get $9 per pound for Tuna and Swordfish (whole), $7 per pound for Mahi and Wahoo, and $5.50 per pound for grouper and snapper.
