Posted: Thu Feb 01, 2007 7:42 pmOffshore fishing this past week when you can get out is great everything from dolphin on the troll to grouper on the bottom.
Trolling has been producing big fat kings on the inshore reefs and well offshore there have been some scattered dolphin (smaller ones in the 3 to 5 pounds range) along with some very nice Wahoo and a few sailfish.
Bottom fishing is outstanding, limits of big red snapper are being caught on the offshore reefs and wrecks along with some monster grouper and big amber jacks. Also some nice black sea bass and trigger fish and other singer fish.
