Wahoo and dolphin offshore Daytona Beach

This past week the Wahoo and dolphin are offshore in 150 feet to 320 feet. Some nice numbers are being caught one boat had 6 and another boat had 5 Wahoo there have been big ones around the 50 and 60 pounds range. The dolphins have been averaging around 30 pound range and most boats have been getting around 5 to 10 fish. They have been on a color change in about 320 feet of water.

Inshore on the reefs the king mackerels have chewing most boats are getting there limit they have averaging 10 to 20 pounds and on the bottom the snappers are biting also the grouper are eating as well. There have been some big sharks along the beach.

The dolphin should stay around for a while longer.
