Are they still hitting? If so, are freshly caught pilchards the best bait?
What size leader material should I use? 30-40 feet too much?
What size hook?
I guess any other pointers would be useful- Thanks

Yeah Theyre still biting in 70-120ft. on sardines, pilchards, and shrimp along with yellow tail in the same area. I think 30 ft. is way to long, just about 6 or 7 ft. will do. u should use fairly small hooks like 2or 3/0 live bait hooks.

tight lines
