Wow nice Rooster! My wife caught one in Costa Rica using a snook for bait!
My list for this year is in no special order: African Pompano, Swordfish and Bonefish.

Id like to catch a Hogfish. Hopefully ill be able to pick one up on one of the reefs here in SW florida in the next year or so.

I would love to catch a *beep* Tarpon i have never ever had a boat that could go deep anuf or well offshore.. but i would love to catch one
