Eating saltwater catfish?

Postby Butch » Mon May 12, 2003 9:03 am

Does anyone know of any methods of eating saltwater catfish?
I've heard some people marfnade them, but I don't know what they marinade them in!

Any help would be appreciated.

First, welcome to our Forum :D

I have absolutely NO experience eating saltwater catfish – nor do I relish the thought. But since you asked, I have heard of folks marinating catfish filets in milk

Good luck. If you try it, let us know how it was.
