Wading/fishing Tampa in Apr

Am currently in the NW US and will be in Tampa in beginning of April. Am looking for information on where to fish in the TB area, will be wading or possible looking to piggy back with a charter. Reds, Cobia, Trout, Tarpon whatever. Trying to figure where I can go to just have fun and fish.
