Today I had Tim Barras, Bob Daigle, and Mitchell Brisco aboard the Big 24 Blazer. We headed for the coast early in hopes of finding some protected green water....NOT 15 knot winds, chocolate water and a good 1-2 ft seas greeted us in the pass. We turned North and headed for the marsh. Hungry red-fish awaited us We hooked up with approx 30 reds today, only 10 made the box. We had 3 keeper reds spit the LSU chub back at us and a lot of other hits on the tail. We also caught 2 drum and 2 trout, but only kept 10 reds and 1 trout. Everyone on the boat hooked several fish today and had a great time even though it was windy as you know what. When will this wind END? Thanks to Capt Bill for setting up the trip and to my crew for a very enjoyable day on the water.
