James Young, Brad Taff, and Andy Wylie joined me today for a great trout slam. The day started off slowly picking at the trout on plastic and live shrimp. We fished 4 locations and at our last stop is where we wore them out!!! The trout were in a pretty good frenzy and wanted only live bait ( Shrimp or croakers). We left the fish biting after my crew got their limit. The fish averaged 2 pounds with several over the 3 pound mark. It was another great day on the water as usual. My crew did a great job and we had a lot of fun. I had as much fun netting all the fish as they did catching them!!!! Thanks Capt Bill for setting up the trip.
