Hard Day Fishing 5-1-08

Postby Capt Marty » Sat May 03, 2008 11:44 pm

Kent Talley, Dennis Rude, Chuck Spitznagel, Floyd Parks, Dave Dupuy, Jason Jaillet and Kenny Williams fished with us Thursday. Tough is the only way to describe our day. We headed South Early only to find rough seas and 25 mph winds. Headed back North after a couple hours and hit the duck ponds. We were greeted with high crystal clear water, but only put 9 reds in the box. These guys fished long and hard only to end the day with about 20 fish (reds and trout). Great bunch of guys to fish with and hope to see them back soon on a better weather day. Big thanks to Capt. Gerald Ellender for running the second boat.
