Lake Lewisville Sand Bass
Posted: Fri Jul 11, 2003 10:33 amIt took a while but I finally found the schooling sand bass on Lake Lewisville Thursday evening just out from the Lake Dallas cut. Best bait seemed to be a chartreuce Little George (lost all my tailhummers). I got a few doubles after tying a crappie jig above the Little George. I caught 18 and left them biting when the lightning got just too close. Managed to get a couple of pictures even though I had to fish alone again.
