Jordan Lake - Freshwater Fishing Report

Anglers hoping to bring in a nice payday this Saturday Feb. 4 2012 on Alabama's Coosa River Impoundment Jordan lake, can enter Airport Marine's first tournament of 2012, by registering at Bonners Boat Launch on the lower lake.

Conditions
Air temperatures are predicted to be near 70 degrees, cloudy with a 50% chance of rain.
The lake is at full pool with water temps in the upper 50's. Water Clarity is stained from recent rain.

With the popularity of the Alabama Rig and the new for 2012 - Alabama's Yellow Hammer Rig ( See; www.theyellowhammerrig.com) in Airport Marine's Fall / Winter Trail Championship (the winners and top 5 were all fishing the rig) it will shurly be a weapon that is not so secret any more!

Warming waters show lures such as crank baits, spinnerbaits and rattletraps popular too!

Entry fee is $100 per team with a one time $30 membership fee for 2012.
