Coosa River Guide Service - Lay lake striper and catfish are hot

Lay Lake - Freshwater Fishing Report

Coosa River Guide Service - Lay Lake, Alabama fishing report. As August is almost upon us, some bites heat up and others slow down. The striper and catfish bite are hot and both trips are producing nicely. The striper bite is good with some quality fish being caught in low light conditions in the early morning. The catfish bite has been best in the evening, we've been fishing the last two hours of daylight and into the night. The bass fishing is a grind, but some quality fish can be caught. Crappie fishing is slow. Checkout our website for more info and pictures. www.laylakefishingguides.com
