Fishing Orange Beach in August

Orange Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report
We are really enjoying some laid back 4 hour fishing charters off the beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Spanish mackerel, king mackerel, bluefish and jack crevalle are being caught just outside the pass to out 10 miles. If you are looking for a longer trip then the 6 hour charter is producing some mackerel and a few red snapper from Florida waters. The red snapper are very limited in Florida waters but we are catching a few. The 10 hour trips are still producing some scamp grouper, vermillion snapper, white snapper, amberjack and mackerel. We are still awaiting some pretty blue water offshore. We hope to get a white marlin bite sometime in late August. Oh yea, don't forget our deepdrop fishing over 800 feet of water catching tilefish and more. This is a great option to converntional bottomfishing. Come join us on the Getaway. We will custom fit the trip that fits you and your group.
