Offshore bottomfishing has been good over the past week. The seas have been calm and the sun is shining. We have caught amberjack, scamp, grouper, vermillion snapper, white snapper and triggerfish. The Saltwater Series Tournament in Orange Beach, Alabama is in full swing. Entry fee is only $10 per angler. Fishing just continues to improve everyday. Red snapper season opens June 1st and continues through August 5th, 2008. I beleive this year will be one of the best red snapper seasons we have seen in many years. We are all seeing red snapper everywhere we go You will probably be able to catch your share of red snapper on a 6 hour trip. We are fishing almost everyday. Come join us for some great fun and fishing.

Red snapper, red snapper, red snapper! That is the forecast for June and July. It should be awesome. King mackerel should be showing anyday now. Bottomfishing will continue to improve.
