Gulf Coast Fishing Report - Orange Beach

Orange Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report

Saltwater fishing Alabama Gulf Coast

We are approaching mid December and we have experienced temps in the mid to upper 70's for the past three weeks. However, most captains are in the woods hunting. A few are still ready to go. There have been some nice triggerfish caught within 20 miles. A few amberjack, white snapper, vermillion snapper, triggerfish, scamp and an occasional grouper have been caught offshore. Nearshore fishing for big bull redfish is still one of your best options. A few isolatated king mackerel are still around. We are expecting another cold front by this weekend and the redfish bite should be hot. These big redfish are weighing from 15 pounds to 30 pounds. Try it on light tackle. Awesome. Come on and let's go fishing.
