Smith Lake
July 3rd, 2013

It's been a busy week for me, other then some boat trouble we've had some really good trips. Even with the fish on the move we've been able to keep up with them pretty good. With the cooler then normal temps I'm still fishing in the daytime more then I would on a normal year. We're going to have several days of rain so I'll be off the water for a couple days. Hopefully I'll get a couple trips in. The south end and mid lake areas are still the most productive. Live bait between 7-9" continues to produce the best. Also checkout some new video from this months trips under my YouTube page or under July fishing reports. I'll be taking a lot more video over the next couple months. Hope everybody has a great Fourth Of July.
