Yes Bay Lodge Fishing Report Coming Soon!

Capt. Jim Lucas
March 12, 2008
Yes Bay - Saltwater Fishing Report

The fishing season starts in another couple months and we are all anxious to get back to Yes Bay Lodge.

The 2007 Season ended with a bang, the silver salmon run was fantastic. I personally managed to land a nice King Salmon on the last day at the Lodge! Nothing like that to end the season!

I will be heading to the Lodge towards the end of May to help open the Lodge and get ready for our first guests who will arrive the first week of June.

Stay tuned for our reports throughout the summer from SE Alaska!

Yes Bay Fishing Forecast:

This season promises to be a good one. All State projections expect the 5 species of salmon runs to be record breakers.

We broke records last year for halibut and we expect the same or better this year.

Target Species:

King, Pink, Chum, Silver and Sockeye Salmon. Plus Halibut
