Lake Norfork - Freshwater Fishing Report

The lake level is 545.2 and the water temp is in the mid 80's. The lake is down almost 7ft. Look for stripers suspended down around 30ft. Look off points and in coves down with in a few miles of the dam. There are some bass coming up early chasing baitfish. Throw zara spooks or a pop-r. After the topwater bite stops throw a jig, dropshot or a carolina rig. Try dropping a jigging spoon too. If it's cloudy use a white or gold colored spoon and if the sun is shining use a silver spoon.
