Klamath Improving

Capt. David Mierkey
September 2, 2009
Klamath River - Freshwater Fishing Report

We a catching a mixture of jacks, steelhead and adult salmon up to 12 currently. The water temp is still a good average and the moss so far in not bad a all. The tribal nets have been hammering the fish the last two days and I believe now have over a 1/3 of their quota. If the fish continue to surge into the mouth on Wed and Thur like the last two days, we will have two to four very good days of fishing for this weekend.

Klamath River Fishing Forecast:

Soon to be EXCELLENT!

More Fishing Reports:

Enjoy the thrill of going, Light for the Big Bite! We have mastered the techniques that must be utilized for catching extremely large Salmon, Steelhead, Trout and Shad on very light tackle. Either fishing out of the 2006 custom built jet powered FishRite, or the smooth and quiet drift boats, we will provide you with exciting fishing and a truly enjoyable time.
