Norwalk Islands - Saltwater Fishing Report
We've been getting keeper fluke, some nice bluefish, and the occasional sea bass. Other boats fishing L.I. Sound have been bringing in striped bass at night or at dawn, but few reports about porgies at this time.
Anglers fishing in the Connecticut River and Housatonic are bringing in a regular catch of large stripers, but they're not hanging out in our area right now.
The temps over the past 10 days have been swinging wildly from the low 90's into the high 50's. Once those numbers settle down, we'll be seeing a big change in the day-to-day catch.
