Warm water = Hot fishing

Anna Maria - Saltwater Fishing Report

We are enjoying some of the best fishing. Weather is warming and cooperating. Kingfish have moved in over the areas reefs from 20 feet on out. A mix of Spanish mackerel and kings are in the chumlines. A few big cobia have been boated. I fished on an acre of permit the last few days with lots caught with the largest at 28 pounds. Inside the reds have been fairly abundant on the better tides. Snook fishing is excellent with lots of school sized fish and a good number of snook over 35 inches. Trout have moved in big time. We had 20 fish over 22 inches today. Gangbuster!
