Got Wind?

Capt. Joe Costadura
September 10, 2008
Biscayne Bay - Saltwater Fishing Report

Incase you havent noticed it's been pretty WINDY out there! You definitley have to run the inside to cross Biscayne Bay right now. If you were able to get out this past Sat. it was definitley the calm before the storm! Lots of bonefish were there in my usual haunts and permit as well on the flats east in south Biscayne Bay. We've also been catching some mammoth mangrove snapper too I'm talking over 20 inches big! Was planning to get out there early this week, but as most have you found for yourselves that the weather just was'nt gonna let that happen! This weekend I'm pretty sure the wind will subside a bit and if so I'll be hittin em up! Till then I'll just keep tying.............Capt. Joe!
