Cape Coral - Saltwater Fishing Report

5 to 8 pound Jack Crevalle were on the South Gulf Cayo beach tearing up the Ghost Minnows in 1.5 ft. of water. Just follow the birds. Occasionally a Tarpon would roll too.
We caught a bunch and had a ball. We were spooled twice. That's when you love to hear that Penn Reel Squeal. I do anyway. All C&R.

Casting Silver slabs were the ticket. Be careful cause the birds try to catch them in the air and that's a problem.
