Flamingo Fishing Report

Capt. Pier Milito
January 21, 2013
Flamingo - Saltwater Fishing Report

The tarpon, snook and redfish will be active in the backcountry shallow warmer waters on the colder days. The bigger tarpon will tend to lay up at the surface in waters between 3 and 8 feet deep with dark bottoms. On the warmer days you can find the snook, redfish and trout stacked up at the creek mouths and the grouper and mackerel will also be present in rivers and regions closer to the gulf.

Remember to slow down your presentation during the colder days.
