Flamingo Fishing Report

Capt. Jason Sullivan
May 29, 2018
Flamingo - Saltwater Fishing Report

The tarpon fishing continues to remain strong in the Everglades. Usually this time of year they thin out, but that has not been the case thus far. There has been plenty of fish in the 40-70lb. range with some bigger ones mixed in. Once we get off this full moon, we should get another good push of tarpon in the Glades. That should kick off our summer pattern with some really good tarpon fishing early in the morning with nobody around!

The snook are starting to move out to the coast and if we ever get to see the sun again, we should be able to sight fish them on the beaches. That is some really exciting fishing especially with a fly rod.

Give me a call or email to get out on the water and experience some great summer time fishing in the Glades.

All the best,

Capt. Jason Sullivan
