Flamingo - Saltwater Fishing Report

I'm sorry about lack of reports but Internet issues again!

I've been fishing Flamingo the last several weeks and doing pretty good for Snook, a few Tarpon and the Trout bite has been really incredible. The Trout have been in most of my Snook spots.

The weather just hasn't been consistently calm yet with plenty of windy days, when it's windy I've been fishing Whitewater Bay and crushing them. Wind and tide I the same direction really makes them bite.

If you want to increase your Snook/big Trout bite try the new Shadow Rap lures, they really work. Change out hooks if you don't you will have to.

Still some Tarpon in Government Cut got into them really good Yesterday 051916. There are also big schools of Jacks and some Muttons on the bottom.

Snook should start to make a showing along the Gulf of Mexico shorelines soon and hopefull we'get another push of Tarpon before to long.

One other specie that has been plentiful are theTriple tails, traps are gone but they are still around.
