Flamingo - Saltwater Fishing Report

Greetings from the Flamingo Everglades!

Even through our frequent cold fronts (common this time of year), we continue to experience a good bite here in South Florida! Redfish and Black drum are being caught in good quantities, with some Speckled trout mixed in as well! We are throwing ,mostly artificial baits this time of year, and they seem to be working quite well! Specifically, we are rigging 15 lb cortland braid, paired with 40 lb floru leader and mostly GULP products.

On a recent trip, we threw GULP products "bounced on the bottom" and produced this pair (a Black drum and a Red fish).

The hot topic is regarding the Corona virus. We've continued to keep our groups small and we are diligently keeping our vessel and equipment clean and sanitary.

Book with us today and get in on the bite!
