Redfish starting to show!

Capt. Armando Alejo

Flamingo - Saltwater Fishing Report

Greetings. Florida "cold fronts" have chilled the water quite a bit and a result we've had plenty of good catches! On a recent half day charter Jeff and Mary caught their share of nice fish. First, Mary hooked and landed her first ever upper slot Spot tail/ Redfish off of the channels past lake Ingram on the new, sleek IRT 300 PG rigged with 40lb leader and 20 lb Power braid- fished a live bait! Jeff was next on this day, when he hooked a nice Sheepshead shortly thereafter and also made short order of it on a equally strong and able IRT TG rigged similarly. All in all, we've been finding fish in deep moving water, near structure! Book with us today and join in on the fun!

Ps. The big crocs are BACK!
