Sight Fishing in the Glades

Flamingo - Saltwater Fishing Report

It has been another great weather week down here in South Florida. The conditions for sight fishing on the flats have been ideal with lots of sunshine and light winds. We have had some great tailing redfish action on the flats outfront of Flamingo. The snook fishing has also been really good as well. We have had a lot of success this week throwing flies and soft plastics at the redfish and snook, with some really awesome bites. Watching a redfish come out of the water and attack a fly in a foot of water is pretty cool to see!!
