Spring Fishing-South Florida Style

Capt. Steven Tejera
March 30, 2011
Flamingo - Saltwater Fishing Report

The fishing has been awesome. From big tarpon laying up to shallow redfish and snook mudding around chasing mullet schools, spring fishing is in full swing. We have been throwing mainly artificials( jerkbaits rigged weedless and rapala skitter walks)and fly as well. As long as the presentation has been right the fish have been crushing everything we have thrown at them. Looking forward to what the rest of spring/summer has to offer!
