Tarpon time

Capt. Armando Alejo

Flamingo - Saltwater Fishing Report

Greetings friends.

The South Florida Everglades is currently overwhelmed by Tarpon. Over the last month, we've been fortunate to find schools of hundreds of fish. Yes friends, my customers and I have been blessed with fish in the 20- 80 lb class on back to back consistent trips. We've brought them boat side with fly and spin gear both, 40 lb leader and either MirroDine plugs or light color fly patterns. Come fish us, and get your shot at some world class summer Tarpon fishing...

If your seeking other species, we've also been on Snook, Redfish and Triple tail. I can't think of a better Triple tail bite (in years). We are finding our TT friends "out in the open" off of the west rivers, mostly on a dropping tide. I don't know a TT that will resist chomping on a GULP shrimp or shrimp like fly pattern.

I'm excited to share that IRT reels and I will be testing their new fly reels this winter season. Wether you are an expert fly man/ women or new to fly fishing, fish with us and try yet another amazing product from my friends at IRT.

Come fish with Capt A2. The glades MOST personable guide!

Tight lines on KINGS!
