Fort Lauderdale - Saltwater Fishing Report

Hello everyone, Capt. Vinnie here nice report this week, so lets get to it, this week we have seen a slight cold front approaching which should be great for fishing in the next few days, sailfish should be around very very shortly something to look forward to for sure, there has been some nice sized mahi mahi around in shallower water chasing schools of bait fish. On the troll recently there has been some bigger sized blackfin tuna around in early morning and late afternoons. Also trolling has been producing some barracuda, as well as kingfish and occasional wahoo. Bottom fishing has been starting to pick up recently as well, we have been catching vermillion snappers as well as a few snowy grouper on natural bottom ledges fin 250 feet of water, vermillion snappers are great eating and should start to get plentiful as winter approaches. Next few weeks fishing should begin to pick up heavy as we gear towards winter time fishing so check back for recent reports. If you looking to go deep sea fishing in fort lauerdale be sure to check us out we have some availability the next few weeks and would love to have you.
