Fort Lauderdale - Saltwater Fishing Report

September 9, 2015
Today Captain Darrin and mate JJ put together a spectacular sportfishing catch list aboard the Lady Pamela II. During an all day (8-hour) deep-sea fishing charter their anglers caught five vermillion snappers up to about five pounds, two amberjacks, three barracudas, three blackfin tunas, eight king mackerel, and last but not least, a 10 foot bull shark. They caught fish on the bottom, on the top, and everywhere in between! What a day!
In other news, the dolphin fishing offshore of Ft. Lauderdale and Hollywood remains red hot. The Lady Pamela fleet had good catches of gaffer fish in multiple trips over the weekend. Plan on booking a six or eight hour trip though, as it takes time to get to where the fish are congregating along the Gulf Stream edge.

Tight Lines,
