Fort Lauderdale - Saltwater Fishing Report

What great fishing we're having in Fort Lauderdale this week. Lots of action on the reefs, lots of big fish around the wrecks, lots of variety offshore. Our sportfishing charter today had a great day. They went trolling for the first part of the trip and caught a really nice mahi-mahi dolphin fish. When they got to their destination, a shipwreck in 250ft of water just off north Miami Beach, they did some deep dropping and caught this monster warsaw grouper. We also caught some other bonitos and kingfish when trolling as well as a nice amberjack which I don't have a photo of. The fishing in Fort Lauderdale is great this week. A few sailfish are around, wrecks are holding all kinds of cool fish, sharks are still making their migration down our coast and there are some mahi-mahi, tuna and wahoo biting on the troll. It's a great time of year for deep sea fishing in South Florida. Good luck out there, I'll sea ya on the water.
