Fort Lauderdale Florida fishing report

Capt. Andy Roydhouse
December 16, 2008
Fort Lauderdale - Saltwater Fishing Report

We had a good taste of things to come yesterday. 2 of 3 Sailfish landed, a few
Kingfish with some being on the large side. This was all done fishing live baits a mile or so straight out our inlet. The battles were great while using light tackle. This was a 4 hour trip an we had enough action to keep us awake and busy. I am sure Bryan will try it again in the future when the rush wears off.

The inshore bite was great too for Jack Crevalle while dragging live baits in the harbor and canals. This action will continue to build during the next few months. Stay warm and head south when you had enough.

Sea Ya,
Captain Ron Mallet
