Good Night Fishing on Our $45 Night Anchor Fishing Trips

Capt. Paul Roydhouse
April 21, 2019
Fort Lauderdale - Saltwater Fishing Report

The snapper bite was on fire last night with good action around the boat. This time of year, the snappers bite pretty good for us, sometimes really good. Yellowtails, mangroves and muttons were all caught, along with a bevy of grunts, porgies, triggers, jacks and small sharks. At night, we anchor the boat and chum the water to draw the fish to us. When the bite is hot, the fish swarm below the boat and we can catch a ton of them. The bite has been off and on lately. Some night we really get on the good and some nights we have a tough time getting a bite. This week it seems, the bite is turning on hot. It's a good time to go out and try your luck. We fish every night on a 7:30pm trip which costs $45 per person. Give us a call if you'd like to come out aboard the Catch My Drift on any of our nightly trips. Sea you on the water,

Capt. Andy Roydhouse
