Fort Lauderdale - Saltwater Fishing Report

Blue fish are EVERYWHERE on the reefs of Fort Lauderdale. They are coming through in about 100ft of water, but they are in other depths too (even offshore). They are migrating northward for the summer and they are coming right through our back yard. The action was fierce, sometimes we had 15 fish on the line at one time. Fish were hitting the deck the entire trip. It was awesome to see all these fish coming through. The Catch My Drift caught over a thousand pounds of fish in a half day trip. We released so many too, way more than are in this picture. Awesome fishing action in Ft Lauderdale this week on the Drift Boats!!

Let's go fishing!

Fort Lauderdale Fishing Forecast:

Bluefish will be biting for a few more days only. They move through pretty quickly and don't last forever so get out there in the next couple days to get in on this action.

Target Species:

Bluefish
