Fort Lauderdale - Saltwater Fishing Report

Where else can you find this kind of weather

The past month has been not only great weather it has been reel good fishing.

We have consitantly been catching sailfish on an almost daily basis.

Fishing off the first reef has seen some kings, and bonitos.

An occasasional dolphin here and there.

Book your trips weel in advance if at all possible, trips have been filling up.

Tight lines,

Capt. David Ide

Swordfishing

We have been out quite a bit lately. For this time of year the seas have been calmer than usual.

Although when swordfishing you are drifting with the current and wind, so the ride usually is not too bad in most sea conditions.

If you haven't been swordfishing, give it a try. It is most rewarding to fight these big guys.

See you on the next trip.

Capt. David Ide
