Fort Lauderdale - Saltwater Fishing Report

This morning we had a lovely family from Argentina charter us. We experienced south current with southwest, west winds. We trolled the whole time havng a blast swapping stories and finally getting our first bite. We broke the ice with a beauty of a dolphin. Next we caught a few bonitos and then a blackfin tuna. We continued trolling and we caught a bunch more bonitos and then Captain Kunta spotted a sailfish tailing and headed the pelagic off allowing mate jeff to draw the sailfish in to eat and next thing you know it was sailfish on! It took about 15 minutes to get the sailfish to the boat for a nice and clean catch and release.

All in all it was a great morning of fishing and making new friends we'll see again. For fishing information or for tips for when you get out there call 954-638-6353.
