Big Tarpon Are Biting on our Inshore Fishing Charters

The tarpon are biting really good this month in the Fort Lauderdale Intracoastal waters. We were out on a daytime charter yesterday and went 1 for 3 on tarpon, landing a 100+ pounder. The tarpon bite has been increasingly good over the past month. Strong tides this month and next should help the bite as well. Tarpon love moving water so the tide change is when they do all of their feeding. If you time it right, the bite can be really strong. Snook are also biting on these inshore fishing charters. We're getting them using live baits or cast and retrieve baits. Snook go out of season on December 15, but they can still be kept up to then. Jack crevale, barracuda and more are still biting as well. This time of year, you never know what you might catch when on a Ft Lauderdale inshore fishing trip. Good luck to everyone fishing this month. Tight Lines!
