Close Reefs Best Bet

Capt. Ron Kowalyk

Fort Myers - Saltwater Fishing Report

Guys, good stuff across the board, tarpon, cobia, kings, Spanish, bonito, grouper snapper. Easy living on the close reefs 3-9 miles out. Call for close reef trips, nice snapper on the marks, cobia, Goliaths, sharks.

Flats action, reds, trout, snook on bait and plugs. Big jacks on fly fishing, a blast, trout as well! The passes are offering a hell of a fun mixed bag bite, pompano and the occasional permit, flounder, snapper, sharks, reds, trout. Go Baby Go!!

Freshwater trips turning up nice bas, mega ciclids and for the lucky few I'll put your on a "bucket list" Peacock Bass. C U on the Water !!!!!!!!
