A "Positive" Report from Captain GiddyUp?

Fort Myers - Saltwater Fishing Report

"Dude, how come your fishing reports seem to have a negative twist vs a positive twist?" This was an email I received this weekend as wind and rain attacked SW FL. Allow me to respond publicly to this forum.

My fishing reports are not based on Bull Sh*t (I know how to spell but "Hey" I'm making you use your imagination here). My reports don't score me charters. Unless it happens, it does not appear here. Fishing Reports should not be subject to the imagination of the writer. If fish are jumping in the boat, I say as much. If it sucks the big one out there, I say as much. On the first day I add fluff to my reports or fail to give 100% on a GiddyUp Charter, I'll quit this gig and return to the golf business, grow old, and play with all my balls. There ya have it. If you want fantasy, don't read my reports.

OnTheF-forward! GROUPER: Here is something "positive" for ya. GiddyUp is raging on inshore and nearshore grouper trolling. If you have never seen my seminar at various Florida Sportsman Shows, you are really missing it. Tips on lure colors for early AM, tips for clear water colors. murky, direction of troll, incoming vs outgoing, speed of lure, knot connection (I use no swivel and go 80LB when taking a +25 to 23). Anyway, if you know what you are doing out there, the grouper trolling is ON FIRE!

Here is my GiddyUp Tip of the F-Decade. It is quite positive as tips go. GO BUY AS MANY MirrOlure 111MR +25's as you can find in the following color. ECMAC. I have trolled this lure next to all others and the only thing coming close is the MirrOlure 111MR in Orange (early AM)
Pink (early AM) and Green/Silver (after 10AM)

Dudes: Go to this link to see pic of ECMAC. It will be the first lure you see. It has "New Color" written by it. http://www.mirrolure.com/classics/111mr.html

These lures are 9-10 bucks. A pound of fresh grouper is 15.95 per person. Hide 2 rods on the boat (already rigged) and spend 3 hours crusing the West Coast of Florida in 27-30FT of water. For the 1st Hour, look at wife occasionally but try and find something more interestling like the direction the bait schools are traveling. Once you spent 1hr of hard time with the Ball&Chain, ask the following question? How would you like fresh grouper for dinner my sweet tulip? Proceed to break out those rods with (2) ECMAC (color) 111MR MirrOlure. SLAM FREAKIN'DUNK! GiddyUp

PS: Once again, I don't live in Fantasy Fishing Land.
