Fishing has improved

Capt. Izzy Donatiello
October 28, 2009
Islamorada - Saltwater Fishing Report

The fishing has improved since the cold front pasted last week. The blackfin tuna are still at the humps; there are more dolphin around. There are schools of small ones right on the reef. The sailfish have showed up in good numbers as well.

The yellowtail snapper bite is good; with some mangrove and mutton snappers mixed in.

I went into the everglades park; the big mangrove snapper were there in good numbers and the spanish mackerels are in the gulf. This fishing will only get better.
